Buying from us
- What is Rip 'em All?
- A shop and a card database for people who open their packs. We sell sealed Pokémon TCG product and our own merch, and we publish every physical set ever printed with each card's current market price next to it. What we don't do is help anyone hoard. The whole statement →
- Is anything actually in stock right now?
- Not yet. The 30th Celebration catalogue is up as a reference — every product, every promo card, every release date — but our allocation hasn't landed, so nothing shows a price or a buy button. When it does, the shop page is where it appears first. See the catalogue →
- What happens when I pre-order?
- Your card is charged when you place the order — that's what reserves your unit out of a limited allocation. The box then ships on the product's release date, not before. Pre-order terms →
- Can I cancel a pre-order?
- Any time before it ships, for a full refund including shipping, no reason needed. Just email us the order number. And if our allocation gets cut so we can't fill your order, we refund you the same day we find out. How cancellations work →
- Do you limit how much I can buy?
- Yes. Every product has a per-order cap, tighter on the hot ones during a drop. We'll also cancel and refund orders that are obviously placed to flip — repeat orders to one address, scripted orders, bulk. Refunded in full; we keep nothing. - Do you sell single cards?
- No. The database prices every card so you know what you're looking at, but we only sell sealed product and merch. A price on this site is information, never an offer to buy or sell.
How we handle product
- Do you search, weigh or pick through packs before shipping?
- Never. We don't weigh boxes, don't search packs, don't resize or reseal anything, and don't pull product aside for ourselves before a drop. Everything ships exactly as it arrived from the distributor. A shop that searches packs is selling you a box someone already took the best of — the pull is yours to find or it's worth nothing.
- What condition does sealed product arrive in?
- Factory sealed and untouched by us, packed so the box survives the trip. Collector-grade corners on a cardboard box are the manufacturer's business and the carrier's, not something we can guarantee — but if a package turns up crushed, that's covered. Damage claims →
- I opened it and pulled nothing. Can I return it?
- No. Pull rates are set by The Pokémon Company and they're the same for us as they are for you. A bad box isn't a defect — that's the game everyone at the table is playing. What we can promise is that nobody touched it before you did. Why sealed is final →
Shipping
- Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
- Anywhere in the United States, UPS Ground, at whatever UPS charges — we ask UPS for the rate on your address and the weight of your box and pass it straight through, with no markup. Put everything in the cart and enter your address to see the exact figure before you pay. It has to be a street address; UPS doesn't deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO. No international shipping yet. - Do I pay shipping twice if I order two things?
- No. The cart holds everything you're buying and the whole order is rated and shipped together — one box wherever it fits, one charge. A second item usually adds very little. Your cart →
- When will my order ship?
- In-stock orders leave within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders ship on the release date shown on the product page. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned.
- Will I have to sign for it?
- Orders over $150.00 ship with signature confirmation required. A premium collection is a lot of value to leave sitting on a doorstep, and the signature protects your claim as much as ours.
- My package is damaged, or it never came.
- Tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll replace it or refund it. For damage, photograph the box and the contents before anything goes in the bin — the carrier needs those and so do we. What to send us →
Returns and exchanges
- Can I return a sealed box I changed my mind about?
- Once it's delivered, no. If we took sealed product back, someone would buy a case, weigh it, keep the heavy boxes and return the light ones — and the next customer would pay full price for a box that was already picked over. Damaged, wrong and missing items are always covered. The reasoning →
- The hoodie doesn't fit.
- You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it, unworn and unwashed with tags on. Exchanges ship back to you free. If you're between sizes, ask us before you order — that conversation costs nothing and a return does. Merch returns →
- How long does a refund take?
- We issue it through Stripe as soon as the return is settled. Your bank then takes another 5–10 business days to post it, which is out of our hands.
The card database
- Where do your card prices come from?
- TCGplayer Market Price for Near Mint, per printing, sourced through the TCGdex API and refreshed every few hours. Each set page shows every printing of every card, ranked by that price. Browse the database →
- A price looks wrong.
- It might be. Cached data goes stale, thin markets swing, and some printings barely trade. Treat everything here as a reference point rather than an appraisal, and never as investment advice. If something looks badly off, tell us and we'll look.
- Will you buy my collection?
- We don't buy or trade singles or collections. We sell sealed product and merch, and that's it.

- Are you affiliated with Pokémon or TCGplayer?
- No. Rip 'em All is independent — not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or TCGplayer. All trademarks and card images belong to their owners.
- Is my card safe?
- Payment runs entirely on Stripe's hosted checkout. Your card number goes to Stripe and never touches our servers — we see the last four digits and whether it worked. What we do collect →
- How do I reach an actual person?
