Pulling live market prices
Pulling live market prices
Three rules, and the reasoning behind each one. Nothing here is designed to wear you down — if we got it wrong, we fix it, and we say so in plain English.

Once a sealed order is delivered, we can’t take it back. Not because we don’t trust you — because of what accepting sealed returns does to everyone else.
A shop that takes sealed boxes back is a shop where someone can buy a case, weigh it, search it, keep the heavy boxes and return the light ones. The next person to buy that box gets a box that was already picked over, at full price, with no way to know. We’re not running that.
Every sealed item we ship comes exactly as it arrived from the distributor. We do not weigh, search, sort, resize, reseal or open anything. The pull is yours to find.
What you pull is not a defect. A box of packs is a box of packs — the odds are set by The Pokémon Company, not by us, and a bad hit isn’t grounds for a refund. That’s the deal everyone at the table takes.
Wrong size, changed your mind, or it just isn’t you — send it back within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund of the item price.
Sizes are on each product page. If you’re between two, ask us before you order — that conversation is free and a return isn’t.
Pre-orders are charged when you place them. That money is what secures the allocation, so it has to be real — but it stays cancellable right up until the box leaves.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund it, whichever you’d rather, and we pay the shipping both ways. Photos of the box and the contents help us settle it with the carrier — take them before anything goes in the bin.
This covers a package that arrived crushed, a product that isn’t what you ordered, and anything the manufacturer sealed wrong. See the shipping policy for lost and stolen packages.
Email support@ripemall.com or use the contact form with your order number and what went wrong. We’ll reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the address to use.
Please don’t post anything back before you have that authorization — an unannounced package has no order attached to it, and we may not be able to match it to you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we send it, your bank takes another 5–10 business days to post it, which is out of our hands.
Write to us first. A chargeback takes months, freezes the order either way, and there is nothing in it we couldn’t have solved in a day. We have never won an argument with a customer by ignoring them and we’re not going to start.
